我的眼睛康复了！很健康！是个天大的好消息，我终于结束了外边下大雾心里打大鼓的生活。

最近的日子那叫一难熬，整天胡想来瞎想去，坐立不安，根本没法安心工作，不过到是该吃吃该睡睡来着，吃的睡的反到比原来香，所以胖了…

昨天去复诊前在KFC看到了一个年轻漂亮妈妈特幸福地抱着一个特别特别小的小宝宝，看得我眼泪差点掉下来。我当时就想，我这眼睛要是真有什么问题，俺孩子们可怎么办，要是不能亲眼看到俺孩子们长大的点点滴滴，我还活着干嘛呢…我想象力是挺丰富的，根本连孩子爸出生了没都不知道就惦记着俺孩子们的未来了…

回想了一下最近的生活，还真的觉得挺健康的。原来总是想着年轻的时候不折腾折腾，老了不就折腾不起来了，所以就做了很多对不起自己身体健康的傻事。现在才知道，其实健康才是最最重要的！只要身体好，我的愿望就能一点一点地实现，就总能生活在希望里，每天就会很开心。

没有contact lenses, 没有mascara 和 eye line 我也一样很漂亮。生理和心理都健康充满自信的人才是真正有魅力的人！

07 IFC 春季音乐会我们将与法国里昂打击乐团合作，演绎奥芬巴赫的经典名段， 包括船歌（合唱版）、机器娃娃之歌以及Orpheus in the Underworld中著名的康康舞曲。我们下半场出场；上半场打击乐是主角，将演奏德彪西的三首夜曲，以及专为本次音乐会创作的一个打击乐/中国民乐合奏作品。

For this concert we are honoured to collaborate with Les Percussions Claviers de Lyon (“PCL”), a world renown five-member percussion group who are a delight to work with and whose performances are full of creativity and humour.

The first half of the program will feature Fetes, and the second half will feature IFC singing the third, fourth and fifth movements of a light-heated work composed/arranged by PCL artistic director Gerard Lecointe titled Off, Off Offenbach. It is a romp through a lot of well-know Offenbach tunes, including the famous barcarolle, the mechanical doll’s aria, and the positively infamous can-can from Orpheus in the Underworld.
