Last month was awesome, although I was exhausted. Got high pressure from work and the challenge from the concert. But just as I said, if you really like something, you want to make it, and want to make it better. The music and the choir and concerts for me, is like Bible for Christian. I’m living it, rely on it, and get my happiness from it.

I had a tough Friday last week, was pretty tired after work. I lost my voice at rehearsal, tried to “reach” all the top notes but failed, I cried and started to complain though I knew it was absolutely useless. I’ve been thinking more and more lately about change…change my life style, change my thoughts on things, and try to just follow my heart. I ask myself why I couldn’t live in the life I dream of. I deserve a better life!

Luckily, I got my beautiful voice back after a short sleep at Friday night. Got more confidence from myself. I thought I was a great singer that night on the stage. I knew there were some people seating somewhere in auditorium looking at me, I was singing for them as they were important to me. Also, I was singing for myself. I love the feeling that forget about everything just enjoy singing; enjoy every single note and the harmony, the sadness, the happiness, the hope you can taste from the music.

The party after the concert was fabulous. The restaurant (Revolution or something) was good, food was good, and having dinner with interesting guys was great! Especially, with those handsome young college guys from Cornell University singing and walking around…oh my gooodness haha. Party was finished around 1:30am, and went to Nanjie Bar and CARIBE afterwards…wine…wine…wine…awesome!

I made my decision to perform in Shanghai, and looking forward the coming weekend. No…actually…the coming months!
