July 02 A wonderful Saturday~!
Mom and I wanna go aboard for traveling, but my passport was overdue, so I dressed up and went to Kodak at Friday night and took a REALLY good-looking passport-sized photo in order to make my new passport looks fancy and attractive. BUT….I was so stupid and forgot that my good-looking photo would not been used in the first page of my passport. I didn’t realize that until I stood in the lobby of police ministry in a blue top tank; A police officer told me I couldn’t wear like that to take a passport photo and gave me an ugly ugly red shirt….Gosh….I was so frustrated….another ugly photo in my passport…there are always ugly photos in my passports…exception never happens… Luckily, I got rid of my bad mood very soon when I got my office. There was a cake making class waiting for me~~ The company invited professional Korean cake makers from ParisBaguette to teach us how to make cakes. I worked with my manager and her little girl. I liked her daughter so much and made up my mind to make a cake using the little girl’s face as a model, and we actually did that…but the professional cake makers thought our cake represents one of the five Olympic mascots (Fu Wa) and …we WON the 1st prize and 100RMB birthday cake coupon! That was amazing haha, such a great ccoincidence! we didn’t even think about that Fu Wa thing, but to be honest, it really looked like fu wa but not my manager’s daughter…. I was so happy on my way home despite the heavy rain pouring down all over me. Another exciting thing was I met a close friend in the evening; I thought we might not have much to talk about coz we haven’t met each other for years. We were so in good friendship when we were in middle school, but we were all not sure if we changed a lot or if we still had something in common. Luckily, she was not just pretty but funny as she used to be. We kept on talking and laughing for hours and none of us aware that time went faster than we imagined. We still have lots of things to share though we spoke fast enough almost without any pause in order to save some time… That was my lovely lovely Saturday! |
